Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney are in the middle of planning their wedding as secretively as possible. But Entertainment Tonight did get some vague intel on what the vibe of their wedding will be like.
Generally, a source told the outlet that Maroney and Lawrence are very much “head over heels in love” and have been “truly inseparable” since Maroney’s proposal in February. The location of their wedding is still kind of up in the air, ET’s source said, but they have been busy planning it. “Their first choice of locations is New York, but it’s not finalized yet,” the source said. “They have been incredibly secretive because privacy is a big priority for them.”
Still, don’t expect any ritzy formal wedding. “They are both very low key and down to earth and want nothing more than to avoid a ‘stuffy, pretentious’ atmosphere,” the source said. “Their vision is traditional with a relaxed and causal ceremony, they mainly just want to share their love with friends and family and to express their happiness to those closest to them.” The source also added that J.Law’s famous friends Amy Schumer and Emma Stone will “definitely” be there.
ET’s source also got a little insight on the two’s plans to eventually have a family. “They both want children and have been discussing starting a family,” the source said. “Their families truly believe they are meant to be; his family loves her family and vice versa, so their parents are excited. Their parents get along so well and are all looking forward to big family get-togethers.”
